Cancellation policy: Please give 24 hours notice of cancellation. It is clinic policy to charge 50% of the treatment fee if insufficient notice is given. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, if your appointment is cancelled by the clinic any fee paid in advance will either be refunded or carried forward to the next appointment.
